Enfant02 features the Dutch elektro roots from the 80's. It is a collection of tracks from the tape label Trumpett. All material is brought to you from the depths of the Trumpett archive, which is situated in a bunker on the Dutch island Texel. The studio (Panzerbunker Tonstudio 194) of Trumpett is also located in this bunker.

"Trumpett Tapes was een van de velev kassette-labels in die tijd. Het was één van de pioniers en
kreeg al snel een goede naam, als het bij Trumpett verscheen kon je het blind bestellen. Zo'n K7 - lees het op z'n Frans en er staat kassette - kostte zeven of acht gulden met verzendkosten erbij, dus miskopen waren nog te doen. In het geval van Trumpett was daar echter nooit sprake van.
Nu een aantal tracks uit die tijd (1981 - 1983) zijn verzameld op de lp 'Trumpett Sounds' blijkt zelfs vandaag de
dag hoe goed dat materiaal was en is, en hoe een aantal van de regelmatig via Trumpett Tapes publicerende artiesten hun tijd ver vooruit waren. Er zijn tenminste een aantal bijdragen aanwezig die anno nu niet eens uit de toon zouden vallen in de experimentele electro/techno. Destijds was de golf van thuistapers en kassette-labels al voor een klein publiek, er is in de jaren erna veel verloren gegaan en tot op heden is er dan ook ontzettend weinig vastgelegd over die, op zich uiterst interessante, periode. Alleen daarom al
