This is the new album by the solo project of Zoviet France co-founder Robin Storey. The Bush Prophet is an amazing album filled with ethno-ambient music. At times haunting and the next moment soothing. For one thing this is also ambient that draws your attention instead of humming you to sleep. Really excellent and oustanding!

Re-issue of the first Rapoon album from 1992. This is a rather rhythmic orientated ethno-ambient piece... sort of a darker and non dance like Transglobal Underground version. Hypnotic and psychedelic as it can be. For sure a record to get you into a trance state with being dull or anything. Great to see this music available again!

For a long time the Douche Froide magazine has been writing about music that is forgotten or neglected by most magazines. The last release by His Divine Grace and at the same time the first by the new incarnation of this musician. After years of playing (dark) ambient Moonchild Erik moves on into (even) more darker territory. De Grace is his post black metal project which performs a pitch black type of drone/down tempo/black ambient music derived from black metal characteristics. This is best displayed in the title track. This amazing track (and the project itself) will appeal for sure to fans of Burzum. No cliché gothic semi dark ambient here but the real thing. Looking forward to hear more from De Grace.

Enema Syringe is for insiders a true cult act or even cult hero. In the 1980's he was involved in the first noise / power electronics / industrial scene. Dead Letters Spell Out Dead Words is Swedish composer and sound artist Thomas Ekelund. Lost In Reflections is a very personal album reflecting his experiences with his Borderline Personality Disorder ailment. As you may expect this is not a happy record, but it is very intense and simply a masterpiece. What you get is drones and noise but always done with subtle elements, lots of atmosphere and style. Brilliant and recommended to any drone / noise / (post) industrial fan!!

The Skull Defekts from Sweden have two faces: one is the guitar based Swanns like heavy rock sound and the other is the drone / old style industrial sound. During this more then 50 minutes trip you are plunged into harsh sounds and screaming noises. Excellent!

Hunting Lodge is known for their cult hit 'Tribal Warning Shot' and as being part of the first industrial scene together with SPK, Lustmord and Laibach. "Will" is a real industrial album with lots of repetitive rhythms, blasting noises, metal sounds, invocative voices and deadly screams. Next to the complete classic album this cd fetaures two tracks from a tape release from 1982 and two demos from 1990 from the last recording session the band did. Simply a must have!

From the obscure Dutch 80's artist ORDUC comes this new release with contemporary minimal music. This is an independent release the artist did all on his self. Nonotes is an ambient drone project with (post) industrial influences and a minimalistic character. For over 40 minutes the music takes you away on a strange psychedelic trip only to leave you wondering afterwards. These effective drones are done with synthesizers, guitar and effects and were recorded in one take.)
