Osty is a project coming from the same Polish electronic music collective as Marburg and FOQL… their music is a strange mix of techno, ambient, acid, industrial and trance…
The project is featured on the new Gooiland Elektro compilation “Noblesse Oblige”… next to the track on “Noblesse Oblige” they released their debut cassette recently… here is a video of one of the tracks from that tape…
By the way Osty is the Polish word for the Dutch “distel”… so two project I have released on ET carry the same name…
This thursday 21st of April there is the monthly mini event at Kapitaal at which Radio Resistencia is recorded for Intergalactic FM and Concertzender… live on stage will be Owlbites from Utrecht…
Owlbites is an experimental new wave project… although one side of the project is more ambient orientated there is also the more new wave side of things… think (early) Tuxedomoon for example to get an impression… and this thursday we will be treated with this…

Here is the mix(tape / dj set I did for the Radio Resistencia session for April (episode 63)… it is dark trip built spiritual, occult and ritual music… blending psychedelic, modern classical, experimental, ambient and (post-) industrial stuff…
Next to the already announced Gooiland Elektro compilation and the Neugeborene Nachtmusik 7 inch a new Vrystaete release is in production…
This 5th release on Vrystaete is by Neurobit… a name not unknown to people who follow ET activities… Neurobit has been present on ET ever since the “Kamp Holland” compilation LP… the same musician also operates under the alias of Former Descent… also know from various appearances on ET…
Anyway Neurobit is back… while his previous Petit Enfant 7 inch was rather electronic orientated minimal music… a bit reminiscent of Terry Riley in a way… sort of chip tune drones… this new record is much more organic sounding… tranquil and relaxed ambient/drone sort of music… invoking temple and rainforest like atmospheres… and more Philip Glass and Steve Reich like as Riley… to stick to references in the minimal music world…
The record is expected at the end of March and will come with a nice art print…
