Grasnapolsky after / Roberto Auser track preview

I had  a blast at Grasnapolsky this weekend… on saturday me and the rest of Radio Resistencia crew did a 7 hour long session with four live acts and several dj sets… dj Alacidus and myself were behind the decks to close the day with a little party filled with acid, techno, some elektro and more…

Soon the whole session can be heard on Intergalactic FM… on Black Monday 6th of March… and as special edit for Concertzender on Sunday 12th of March…

To stay in the mood here is the Roberto Auser track taken from the upcoming Gooiland Elektro compilation “Unruhe” as preview…

This track was posted by French organisation Les Yeux Orange… an event organisation/podcast platform/label…

Enfant Terrible at Grasnapolsky

Next week Enfant Terrible will host a part of the program at Grasnapolsky festival… a 7 hour long sessions will be held at the basement of the amazing Radio Kootwijk building… and all will be recorded as a Radio Resistencia show for Intergalactic FM and Concertzender…

For the time schedule is here…  and below are some previews of the live acts to get you into the mood…

FDSL (Former Descent x Sololust) will perform live their ambient sounds… here is what they did a few years back in Berlin (see 1:00 to 4:35 for FDSL)…

Roberto Auser is also part of this session… “of course” I would almost so… after the record released last year and the great performance at Gifgrond he will again perform with his modular synth… expect elektro sounds ranging from experimental to dance floor minded…

Not a member of the ET family but part of this session is Raderkraft from Amsterdam… his recent 12″ EP features uptempo minimal synth tracks which will please lovers and newcomers to the world of synth music…

And last but absolute not least Monocorpse will give acte de présence… after two great 12″ EP’s on Gooiland Elektro a third record is on its way later this year… post-techno to warm up the small after party I myself and dj Alacidus will take care of…

Zandvoort & Uilenbal

Just before Christmas I got a tape from Elektrovolt… it was a project he did  with Legowelt under the alias of Zandvoort & Uilenbal… this project is all about the Harmonium… electronics and Harmonium that is… somewhat like the Ocean Floor album… oh they also use a Trautonium… something I never heard about before… which is an early electronic instrument… you should look it up on internet… it looks great!

This tape entitled “Geruis Uit Somberdorp” (something like “Murmur From Sadville” if translated) features music from a concert originally  commissioned for Concertzender

Rather liker Ocean Floor’s album the music is a sort of ambient / drone / psychedelic soundscape kind of thing… simply great trippy and dreamy stuff… subtle electronics and a prominent Harmonium do the trick to get you into a trance like state… it is better to listen to this music as to write too much about it… so below is one of the pieces from the tape… the 12 minute long “De Ark Van Somberdorp”… just click “play” and close your eyes…

dj M. – Lesson#69

There is a new mixtape / dj set online I recorded for Radio Resistencia. It was already showed on Intergalactic FM and partly on Concertzender. This time it is a mix with sounds ranging from modern classical music and ambient to industrial, minimal electronics and techno and back to ambient and modern classical stuff… featured are amongst others Kreng, Haus Arafna, Raime, Monocorpse, Roberto Auser, Sarin, Mondkopf, Hula and Puce Mary… enjoy!

Owlbites live at Kapitaal, Utrecht

owlbitesThis thursday 21st of April there is the monthly mini event at Kapitaal at which Radio Resistencia is recorded for Intergalactic FM and Concertzender… live on stage will be Owlbites from Utrecht…

Owlbites is an experimental new wave project… although one side of the project is more ambient orientated there is also the more new wave side of things… think (early) Tuxedomoon for example to get an impression… and this thursday we will be treated  with this…

The doors open at 20.00 hour and entrance is free as always… and here is a piece by Owlbites to get in the mood…
