I often forget to post news here… but I am happy to announce a new LP coming up this autumn by lo-fi electronic outfit Girotuna… I myself consider this a lost gem of Dutch DIY culture… the test pressing is on high rotation here… artwork is being printed soon… so all ready to go…

Summer is coming to and end… at least here at ET HQ… the records by Circle Bros and Taro have finally arrived and I am very very happy with how they sound… So next weeks I will finish all the work for these two… including applying stamps on the labels and numbering the artwork… Early September these two should be ready and out there…
A nice way to start up again after summer in my opinion…

Quite recently I did a special mix / recording for LYL Radio from France. This recording was broadcasted September 6th (2017)… and I posted the mix now also on my mixcloud page…
This dj set features released and unreleased music from my Vrystaete and Enfant Terrible labels… all rather soundscape and drone oriented and ambient kind of stuff… dreamscapes to sooth and scare you… you can start tripping by pushing play below…
Just before Christmas I got a tape from Elektrovolt… it was a project he did with Legowelt under the alias of Zandvoort & Uilenbal… this project is all about the Harmonium… electronics and Harmonium that is… somewhat like the Ocean Floor album… oh they also use a Trautonium… something I never heard about before… which is an early electronic instrument… you should look it up on internet… it looks great!
This tape entitled “Geruis Uit Somberdorp” (something like “Murmur From Sadville” if translated) features music from a concert originally commissioned for Concertzender…
Rather liker Ocean Floor’s album the music is a sort of ambient / drone / psychedelic soundscape kind of thing… simply great trippy and dreamy stuff… subtle electronics and a prominent Harmonium do the trick to get you into a trance like state… it is better to listen to this music as to write too much about it… so below is one of the pieces from the tape… the 12 minute long “De Ark Van Somberdorp”… just click “play” and close your eyes…
