dj M. – Lesson#72 (Gifgrond one more time…)

I uploaded a new dj set on my mixcloud page… this was my opening set at Gifgrond in January and was also transmitted as part of episode 72 of Radio Resistencia…

In this mix are many 80’s tunes… ranging from rough to melodic by the likes of Robert Turman, Dr. Numa, Dark Day and so on… but also a few more contemporary artists can be found here… some projects released on the great Musamore Editions label and our very own ET family member Neugeborene Nachtmusik for example…

So enjoy this mix of minimal elektro, post-industrial and synth tunes!

Gifgrond invites Enfant Terrible (once again)…

For the third time the Gifgrond ladies invited me to curate a night of music at their absolute great event… hosted at a private location near the city center of Tilburg this is one of the best kept secrets in The Netherlands for discovering off radar music… so save the date: Saturday 14th of January… all infos are also here and here…

It is great to start 2017 with this live event for Enfant Terrible… and this will also be recorded as an episode of Radio Resistencia…

Live on stage for the first time in The Netherlands are Belgian post-industrial/post-everything ensemble Embers… next to that Onont Kombar will be performing his minimal electronics live and last but not least Roberto Auser is serving his analogue elektro beats and noises… I will play some tunes before, in between and after the live acts… what a feast!

dj M. – Lesson#68

The latest dj set/mixtape I did for Radio Resistencia (October 2016 episode) is on mixcloud now for on demand playback/streaming… this mix is quite a long one… almost 1,5 hours… all ambient stuff… dark ambient sounds, drones, post-industrial music and pieces influenced by ritual music and occultism… featured are amongst other Nacht, Nature Morte, His Divince Grace, Raison d’être, Morthound, Apoptose, Herbst9 and more… much more…

Neugeborene Nachtmusik live at Radio Resistencia

This Thursday the 22nd of September there is a new Radio Resistencia recording session at Kapitaal in Utrecht (NL)… this time straight from Berlin we have Neugeborene Nachtmusik performing live…

Followers of Enfant Terrible activities will know Neugeborene Nachtmusik of course… he became part of the family with his project Milligram Retreat and continued under his new alias ever since…

Music wise Neugeborene Nachtmusik is hard to define… his music features elements of elektro, (post) industrial, techno, krautrock and ambient … but all in te mix makes up for a sound of its own… most of the time sounding rather dark and (spi)ritual…

The sessions start at 20.00 hour and ends at 23.00 hour and features me  and dj Alacidus playing some tunes before and after the live set by Neugeborene Nachtmusik… entrance is free and beers are cheap…
